My store policy is a simple one, I want you to be happy with your purchase and tell your friends! If you are not pleased with your piece, I will gladly exchange it for another within the first 30 days. I will also make any necessary repairs within the first six months of your purchase. I feel like I have perfected my craft but that doesn't mean that an accident can't happen. If it does, just contact me and I can get it taken care of for you.
Keep in mind that every key is authentic and is close to a century old which causes its appearance to vary in many ways. Some machines may have been used every day which causes slight imperfections and character in the keys. Others may have been rarely used and stored in the attic. The style and clarity may differ from key to key.
